History

  • 2018 – J H Operating Company, LLC formally founded, succeeding an earlier holding company that consolidated multiple previous entities.
  • 2019 – Delivered its first major upstream facility project; delivered its first major SWD project.
  • 2020 – Supported a major client by following three rigs in the Midland Basin, providing full EPCm projects for a private equity backed operator.
  • 2021 – Expanded operations into the Delaware Basin, supporting a two-rig development. Full EPCm projects for a private equity backed operator.
  • 2022 – Launched the internal PMT (Project Management Tool) platform.
  • 2023 – PMT expanded internally; additional project controls, schedules, digital job books, and cost management functions integrated.
  • 2024 – PMT made accessible to clients; and the Transparent EPCm model was launched. Continued growth in rigs followed in the Permian Basin now greater than 10.
  • 2025 – Expanded operations into East Texas, supporting a two-rig development program and multiple gathering and facility projects.
